BioFueled 2009/2010 Season
Sea to Summit operated primarily on a B20 Bio-blend with no cold related issues during the 2009/2010 winter ski season. While it was generally a warm season due to the El-Nino weather patterns, the cold temps and long awaited powder dumps finally arrived just in time for Oregon & Washington spring breaks.
Crystal Mt received over 70 inches of fresh powder during the seasons 2 weeks of winter storms. Avalanche transceivers, back country gear and our crews grins ear to ear, there was no better place to enjoy waist deep powder than the steeps of Crystal Mt. Washington!
Fortunately enough, consecutive El-Nino seasons are very rare and we look forward to much colder temps and many more cold winter storm systems in the 2010/2011 winter season.
Sea to Summit will be frequently running a B50 bio-blend for our sightseeing and sustainable wine and brewery tours this summer. We will be highlighting our certified sustainable friends at Sokol Blosser, Stoller and Bridgeport with exclusive in depth sustainable vineyard & brewery tours and tastings. Book your Oregon Wine Tours and summer adventures now and Enjoy your summer~
